Finance Executive (fixed term one year employment job - subject to extension)

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive to join our team. This is a 1-year contract position. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial operations, accounting software, and reconciliation processes, with prior experience in a SaaS company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations, and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Handle invoicing and maintain proper documentation for all transactions.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth financial operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Mandatory experience with Xero; familiarity with Tally, QuickBooks, and SAP is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and invoicing processes.
• Prior experience in a SaaS company is essential.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools.
