Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Finance Controller to lead our financial operations from our India office. The ideal candidate will serve as a key guardian of the company’s financial health, taking full ownership of global cash flow, payments, and liability management. You will work closely with global stakeholders to ensure liquidity, operational efficiency, and strict financial compliance. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex cross-border financial transactions and drive robust cash management strategies for our diverse portfolio of businesses.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the company’s global cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity for daily operations and long-term growth.
  • Supervise all outgoing payments and settlements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Monitor and manage total company liabilities, including debt schedules, vendor payables, and other financial obligations.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cash management strategies to mitigate financial risks and optimize working capital.
  • Oversee banking relationships and treasury functions, including the management of foreign exchange exposures.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports and cash flow forecasts to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure strict adherence to international financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards across all operating regions.
  • Collaborate with internal audit and legal teams to maintain rigorous internal controls over financial reporting and payments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in financial control, treasury management, or a similar senior financial role.
  • Strong expertise in global cash flow management and handling multi-currency international payments.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, liability management, and corporate tax structures.
  • Proficiency in advanced financial software and ERP systems.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced global environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with multinational corporations (MNCs) with a focus on US/India operations.
  • Prior experience in the aerospace, defense, or technology sectors.
