Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in GST, TDS, preparation of financial statements, and coordination with auditors. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day accounting activities and ensuring statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts and record day-to-day financial transactions

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure timely compliance

Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filings

Assist in preparation of Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet

Reconcile bank statements, GST, and vendor accounts

Coordinate with statutory auditors and tax consultants during audits

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations

Maintain proper documentation and financial records

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance

2–4 years of relevant experience (Real Estate experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, P&L, Balance Sheet

Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software

Good communication and coordination skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

• Experience in a real estate or construction company
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
