Work Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Team Size Managed: 20–40 Members
Travel: Occasionally to Factory in Niddle (Dharmastala)
Role Summary
The Finance Controller is responsible for safeguarding the financial integrity of the organization through accurate reporting, robust internal controls, and effective financial planning. This role acts as a strategic business partner to the CEO and senior leadership, supporting operational excellence, cost optimization, and informed decision-making in a manufacturing and export-oriented environment.

Role Summary
The Finance Controller is responsible for safeguarding the financial integrity of the organization through accurate reporting, robust internal controls, and effective financial planning. This role acts as a strategic business partner to the CEO and senior leadership, supporting operational excellence, cost optimization, and informed decision-making in a manufacturing and export-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Control
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting as per applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS as applicable) and company policies.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Working Capital).
- Oversee consolidation of financial statements across units (if applicable).
- Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and Export-related financial compliance.
- Drive annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
- Conduct variance analysis and present financial performance insights to management.
- Develop financial dashboards with operational KPIs for plant and export operations.
- Monitor receivables, payables, inventory, and cash flow cycles.
- Optimize working capital and improve cash conversion cycles.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for credit facilities and treasury management.
- Establish and continuously improve internal controls, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and compliance reviews.
- Ensure strong risk management practices within the finance function.
- Partner with plant heads, procurement, and operations teams for cost control and margin improvement.
- Support pricing decisions, cost analysis, and export profitability assessments.
- Provide strategic financial inputs to support expansion and investment decisions (Funding).
- Lead, mentor, and develop a 20–40-member finance team in a long run.
- Drive accountability, knowledge continuity, and performance excellence.
- Promote automation and system-driven processes to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

- Qualification: CA & CS, MBA in Finance preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance Controlling.
- Prior experience in Manufacturing / FMCG / Export-driven organizations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, taxation, and export finance.
- ERP Systems (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / Tally Prime)
- Advanced MS Excel & Financial Modelling
- Power BI / Tableau (Preferred for reporting dashboards)
- GST & Compliance Software
- Banking & Treasury Management Systems
- Budgeting & Forecasting Tools
- Kannada (Preferred), English (Mandatory), Hindi (Preferred)
