Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager with enterprise sales experience in scaleups/SMEs (not startups) within IT services and consulting. The role focuses on driving business growth in the US & UK markets, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in Web2, Web3, Blockchain, and AI/ML technologies.
The ideal candidate demonstrates stability in past roles, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills.

The role focuses on driving business growth in the US & UK markets, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in Web2, Web3, Blockchain, and AI/ML technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new enterprise clients in Web2, Web3, Blockchain, and AI/ML domains.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
- Develop and present customized proposals, RFPs, and SOWs in collaboration with technical teams.
- Manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Analyze market trends and develop go-to-market strategies for target regions.
- Represent the company in client meetings, webinars, and industry events.
- 8–15 years of business development experience in IT services/consulting.
- Must have enterprise sales experience; experience with startups not preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Web2, Web3, Blockchain, AI/ML technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated stability and commitment in previous roles.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
- Experience creating technical proposals and responding to RFPs.
- Analytical, strategic, and adaptable to evolving tech and market conditions.
