Finance and Accounts Senior Trainer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Trainer to join our Finance Accounts team. As a Finance Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our finance staff.

What To Expect In Your Journey

• Design and deliver training programs specializing in Finance Accounting
• Conduct TNA and facilitate sessions for new recruits on modules like, P2P, O2C, GL/Bank Reconciliation
• Design training content to suit FA requirements Conduct TNA on timely basis and prepare, develop and schedule training batches to ensure continual up skilling of staff
• Prepare action plans and implement it for all trainees who score less than the set targets
• Make redeployment reports for trainees that are unable to continue as a part of the training due to certain reason
• Collect and compile batch feedback from Operations
• Ensure all information pertaining to client(inclusive of Training information but not exhaustive) is used, accessed or disseminated as per the defined guidelines and for business purposes only
• Generate Training quality scores and prepare and maintain reports pertaining to training
• Liaise with the Quality team/Operations to identify main pain areas and address those through customized training sessions
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

What you bring to the table

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent are preferred.
• Proven experience as a Finance Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or similar role in a finance or accounting environment, preferably for a US based Accounting Services company
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in using training software and e-learning platforms.
