Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Finance Operations & Administrative Intern to support day-to-day business operations, admin coordination, Zoho setup, data management, and recruitment coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Zoho setup, configuration, workflow updates, data management, and daily tool usage.
- Manage finance-related operational work including invoices, payment follow-ups, expense tracking, billing records, and basic reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, approvals, vendor details, invoices, and payment-related processes.
- Maintain and organize records, contracts, employee/vendor documents, and operational files.
- Assist in recruitment coordination when required, including candidate tracking, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and hiring sheet updates.
- Ensure all data is accurately updated across Zoho, spreadsheets, and internal tools.
- Work closely with founders and internal teams to improve processes, reduce manual work, and maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience in business & finance operations, admin, HR coordination, or admin support.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho tools is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of spreadsheets, documentation, and data organization.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working closely with founders/internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
