Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Accounting Manager, located in Bhubaneswar. The Finance Accounting Manager will oversee and prepare financial statements, manage budgeting processes, and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards. The role involves analyzing financial data, ensuring accuracy, and providing strategic insights to drive financial efficiency. Responsibilities also include implementing best practices to foster fiscal discipline and supporting organizational growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Finance and Budgeting to manage and allocate resources effectively.
• Expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
• Proven Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools for efficient reporting and data management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Prior experience in financial management, preferably within the renewable energy or technology sector, is a plus.

Salary: Rs. 25,000 CTC
