We are seeking an experienced and results-driven US Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in US accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, US tax compliances, and team management. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead and manage the US accounting team
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• Review bank reconciliations, general ledger, P&L and financial statements
• Ensure compliance with US accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor accounting operations and implement process improvements
• Prepare and review MIS reports and financial analysis
• Train, mentor, and supervise team members
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all accounting activities
  

• Strong experience in US Accounting and Finance
• Expertise in AR, AP, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Good knowledge of US taxes and compliances
• Proven experience managing accounting teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, or Oracle
