Role Overview

Prediqt – A Rezolve AI Company is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance professional for an entry-level managerial role within the Finance & Accounting function.

The ideal candidate should have 5–6 years of experience with strong exposure to accounting operations, financial reporting, US GAAP basics, account consolidation, taxation, and ERP-driven finance environments. The role requires working closely with global stakeholders across multiple entities and supporting a fast-paced, technology-driven finance organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including GL accounting, AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Assist in preparation and consolidation of financial statements across entities.
• Support reporting under Indian GAAP and working knowledge of US GAAP accounting concepts.
• Handle intercompany accounting, balance confirmations, and consolidation schedules.
• Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, working capital reports, and management dashboards.
• Work on ERP systems including NetSuite, Tally, and other finance tools for accounting and reporting activities.
• Coordinate with global finance teams across geographies for reporting and compliance requirements.
• Support statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in GST compliance, Income Tax Return support, TDS workings, and related regulatory filings.
• Provide exposure/support in secretarial and corporate compliance matters.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and finance transformation projects.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.

Required Skills & Competencies

Accounting & Finance

• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP accounting concepts and financial statement consolidation.
• Exposure to intercompany accounting and multi-entity environments.

ERP & Systems

• Hands-on experience in NetSuite and Tally ERP.
• Exposure to finance systems, reporting tools, and process automation initiatives.

Taxation & Compliance

• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliances.
• Basic exposure to secretarial and corporate compliance practices.

Analytical & Reporting Skills

• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Lookups, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.
• Ability to analyze financial data and present actionable insights.

Communication & Soft Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Good interpersonal skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to different work schedules/shifts.

Qualifications

• CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com / MBA Finance
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance functions.
• Prior experience in IT / Technology / Shared Services / BPO / Global organizations preferred.
