Finance Intern - Bonds & Mutual Funds

Location: Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi

Duration: 4 - 6 months

Stipend: Up to 15,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Intern with strong knowledge of bonds, mutual funds, and financial modelling to support the development of our investment platform.

The role involves creating bond yield calculators, working on mutual fund analytics, and identifying profitable bond opportunities for listing on the app.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage bond yield calculators including YTM, XIRR/XNPV, bond pricing, coupon payouts, and accrued interest calculations
• Work on mutual fund calculations such as NAV, SIP returns, CAGR, annualized returns, and portfolio performance analysis
• Analyze bonds and fixed income products to identify profitable investment opportunities for listing on the platform
• Build and maintain advanced Excel models and ensure accuracy of financial calculations
• Coordinate with product and tech teams for implementation and testing of financial tools

Required Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling
• Strong understanding of bonds, fixed income instruments, and mutual funds
• Knowledge of investment concepts such as YTM, NAV, XIRR, CAGR, SIP calculations, and return analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Eligibility

Candidates pursuing or recently completing B.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), CFA, CA Inter, or related finance courses are preferred.

Prior experience with financial calculators, debt markets, or fintech products will be an added advantage.
