Field Services Engineer

Role Overview

​Vtron is looking for enthusiastic freshers eager to learn and grow in the solar energy sector. We provide 6 months of comprehensive training on hybrid off-grid inverters, Li-ion batteries, and solar PV modules.
​Key Responsibilities
​Assist in the installation and commissioning of solar products.
​Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair solar PV modules, inverters, and battery systems.
​Travel to client sites to resolve technical issues and provide customer support.

​Requirements:
​ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
​Strong willingness to learn with a growth mindset.
​Comfortable with field travel (two-wheeler and license preferred).

​Salary & Benefits:
​Stipend: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000/month during training.
​Growth: Performance-based salary increase after a 6-month evaluation.
​Allowances: Separate travel allowances (TA) provided for field visits.
