Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer, based in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of weighing systems and related equipment. The role involves providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain detailed service documentation to ensure efficiency and quality in every service operation.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Field Service and on-site support.
• Proficiency in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment.
• Experience with providing Technical Support and Preventive Maintenance.
• Customer Service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or a related field) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and travel to client locations as required.
• Prior experience in weighing systems or automation technology is an advantage.
