Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Specialist based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Field Service Specialist will be responsible for providing on-ground service, troubleshooting, and technical support to customers. The role includes resolving technical queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing guidance to clients on using IndiaMART’s products and services. The role emphasizes effective communication and exceptional customer service while ensuring swift and efficient problem resolution.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Field Service and Troubleshooting to resolve on-site technical issues promptly
Strong skills in Technical Support to provide practical solutions and maintain system performance
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building strong client relationships and ensuring user satisfaction
Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a time-sensitive environment
Familiarity with IndiaMART’s platform is an advantage
Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
