Field Service Engineer (Kerala)

Responsible for inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, operation, and repair of robotic machines, electronic systems, pneumatic circuits, and basic electrical works. Requires extensive travel across India to support field service operations and client support.

Job Summary

The Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of robotic machines, electronic systems, and integrated equipment through effective maintenance, repair, and service support. The role involves frequent client interaction, technical troubleshooting, and extensive field visits across India to provide timely assistance and uphold high service standards

Job Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of robotic machines, electronic systems, pneumatic and electrical circuits.
• Troubleshoot issues related to electronics, control systems, pneumatics, and basic mechanical assemblies.
• Provide service and support for robotic and automation equipment at client sites. Support field operations by offering technical assistance and on-site troubleshooting.
• Conduct regular service visits to ensure proper functioning, reliability, and uptime of equipment.
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports, inspection checklists, and client feedback.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth execution of service activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational standards during service assignments.
• Provide basic training and demonstrations to operators or end-users when required.
• PAN India Travel required-depending on the requirement.

Qualifications : Diploma /ITI/ B.E. in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
