About Us
Woof & Cook is India's first fresh and therapeutic dog food subscription brand, built for pet parents who refuse to compromise on what goes into their dog's bowl. Our vet-formulated recipes are made from locally-sourced ingredients. No fillers, no preservatives, and nothing to hide.
We're on a mission that goes beyond food: for every 4kg sold, we donate 1kg to shelter dogs through our rescue partners CARE and Mylos Rescue. As we scale across Bengaluru and beyond, we're looking for a driven field sales specialist to take our brand directly into the communities and retail spaces where pet parents live and shop.
The Role
This is a frontline growth role. You'll be the face of Woof & Cook in the field. Building and nurturing partnerships with pet retailers, veterinary clinics, grooming centers, and community organisations that share our values. You'll also play a key role in planning and executing on-ground events and activations that bring the brand to life for real pet parents.

What You'll Do
Retail & Ecosystem Partner Development Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with pet retail partners, veterinary clinics, grooming studios, and pet-friendly businesses across Bengaluru. Build a pipeline of new stockists and referral partners, and ensure existing partners are well-supported and growing.
Events & On-Ground Activations Plan and execute brand events, pop-ups, community activations, and rescue partnership events end-to-end. Manage logistics, vendor coordination, on-ground execution, and post-event reporting.
Lead Generation & Conversion Generate leads through field visits, community engagement, and ecosystem networking. Track and convert leads into subscribers and retail accounts.
Market Intelligence Keep a pulse on competitor activity, retail trends, and pet parent sentiment in the field. Feed insights back to the founding team to sharpen positioning and strategy.
Reporting & Operations Maintain accurate records of partner activity, sales pipelines, event outcomes, and field visit logs. Provide regular updates to the leadership team on progress against targets.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in field sales, business development, or channel/partner management.
- Prior experience in FMCG, pet care or a related consumer category is a plus
- Proven track record of building and managing retail or ecosystem partner relationships that drive measurable revenue.
- Experience planning and executing on-ground events or brand activations.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and basic reporting.
- Strong communicator — confident in-person with partners and pet parents alike.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- A genuine love for animals and alignment with Woof & Cook's mission is a strong differentiator.
- Must be based in Bengaluru, have own transport and be willing to travel within the city regularly.
