Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Specialist role based in Surat. The Field Sales Specialist will visit industrial, commercial, and residential customers to promote and sell the company’s range of power solutions, including UPS, inverters, stabilizers, and batteries. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, and negotiating sales agreements. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, providing post-sale support, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service. The specialist will track sales activities, report market feedback, and contribute to local sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and address their needs.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities, convert prospects, and meet assigned targets.
- Candidates should possess Sales Operations skills to manage pipelines, prepare proposals, handle documentation, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Experience in field sales, particularly in electrical, power solutions, or industrial products, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in on-site environments, with strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Basic understanding of UPS, inverters, and related power products, with a willingness to learn technical details.
- Preferred qualifications include a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, and familiarity with local Surat and Gujarat markets.
