Role Description The Field Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District. This position is responsible for identifying and visiting prospective customers, presenting QREAZE’s products and services, and building strong relationships with clients in the assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations, as well as following up on leads, preparing quotations, and closing deals. The Field Sales Representative will monitor market trends and competitor activities, provide feedback to internal teams, and maintain accurate records of visits, sales activities, and customer interactions. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the region.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse customers.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to plan routes, manage multiple accounts, and maintain detailed records.
- Comfort with using mobile and digital tools (CRM systems, spreadsheets, communication apps) to track activities and report results.
- Ability to work independently in the field, handle frequent travel within the Pune District, and adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, pricing concepts, and market research; willingness to learn product and industry knowledge.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Valid local driving license and reliable access to transportation for regular client visits.
