Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Representative based in Sitamarhi. The role will involve identifying potential clients, building relationships, and promoting the company’s products and services in FMCG, Finance, and Tour & Travel sectors. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing product demonstrations, maintaining updated client records, and preparing regular sales reports. The candidate will also be required to stay updated with market trends and competitor activities within the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Persuasion skills
• Knowledge of Market Analysis and Sales Strategies
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and proficient in using digital tools for sales
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the FMCG, Finance, or Travel industries is a plus
