Key Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for driving the success of our learning programs through the following key activities:

  • Enquiry Generation: Utilize various means such as BTL activities, job drives, college connect, and employment exchanges to generate enquiries and leads.
  • Market Understanding: Gain insights into the micro market of the territory, prospect base, and ecosystem, including employment exchanges, non-organized sectors, colleges, and more.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to create a database of eligible candidates and expand the outreach.
  • Admission Process: Ensure correct and complete course information is shared with students and follow the admission process.
  • System Updating & Reporting: Regularly update the system and provide daily activity reporting to contribute to batch occupancy and launch.
