Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Field Sales Executive role based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. The Field Sales Executive will identify and reach out to prospective corporate clients and individual learners, conduct meetings and presentations, and promote SAP Training Academy’s portfolio of training modules. Daily tasks include generating and qualifying leads, visiting client locations, following up on inquiries, preparing proposals, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, coordinating with the training and operations teams on client requirements, and participating in promotional events or seminars. The Field Sales Executive is expected to build long-term relationships, provide clear information about training offerings and job assistance, and represent the academy professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client outreach, and closing deals.
  • Ability to conduct persuasive presentations and product demonstrations, both in-person and online.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Basic understanding of corporate training or education services; familiarity with SAP or technology training is an advantage.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, email, and standard office software for tracking leads and reporting.
  • Proven ability to work in the field, manage schedules independently, and meet performance targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, education services, or training solutions is preferred but not mandatory.
