PW also operates the Institute of Innovation (IOI), offering residential job-ready programs, and has secured funding from investors like Hornbill Capital and Lightspeed Ventures.
Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Field Sales Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The role involves identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and delivering high-quality presentations about PW's educational offerings. Other daily responsibilities include understanding customer needs, addressing queries, achieving sales targets, and contributing to team performance while executing sales strategies effectively. This is an on-site position requiring familiarity with the local education market.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the local education market and customer behavior trends
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a field sales environment
- Proficiency in MS Office or other basic software tools for daily task management and reporting
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the education or EdTech sector is an advantage
