Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Delhi, India. The Field Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities with restaurants, hotels, cafés, and other hospitality clients, while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. Daily activities include client visits, product demonstrations, understanding customer requirements, preparing and presenting quotations, and negotiating terms to close sales. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support, as well as tracking sales performance and reporting market feedback. The Field Sales Executive is expected to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments to effectively position PackFo Solutions in the market.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Proven field sales experience, preferably in packaging, FMCG, hospitality supply, or related B2B segments.
- Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain product features and value propositions clearly.
- Good understanding of the hospitality sector (restaurants, hotels, food delivery) and its operational challenges.
- Ability to work independently in the field, plan daily routes, and manage time efficiently.
- Comfort with basic CRM tools, sales reporting, and use of mobile and digital communication platforms.
- Valid means of local travel within Delhi and willingness to conduct regular client visits.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in on-site sales roles and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is preferred.
