Role Description
This is a contract-based, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Manesar. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential customers, promoting and selling financial products and services, and achieving sales targets. The role requires developing strong client relationships, managing customer queries, and providing personalized assistance to ensure customer satisfaction. The Field Sales Executive will also be responsible for maintaining accurate sales records and reporting progress to the management team.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including territory management, customer acquisition, and lead generation
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving and strategic planning skills focused on achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently, with experience in meeting deadlines and managing priorities
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel within assigned territories
