This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Kolkata. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, identifying and engaging new clients, meeting sales targets, and delivering tailored healthcare solutions. The Field Sales Executive will conduct market research, develop strategic plans, educate customers about services, and provide ongoing client support to strengthen partnerships.

• Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management to engage clients and drive revenue growth.
• Market Research and Strategic Planning expertise to inform effective sales strategies and decision-making.
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills for client interactions and closing deals professionally.
• Customer Service-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in the field to achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools to efficiently handle client data and reporting tasks.
• Previous experience in healthcare, sales, or a related field is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
