Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, generating sales leads, and meeting sales targets for our industry-specific vacuum equipment. This role requires frequent client visits, participation in sales presentations, and delivering exceptional customer service. The individual will play a key role in growing business opportunities, understanding client needs, and proposing appropriate product solutions.

Qualifications
  • Sales and business development experience, including lead generation, client relationship building, and achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in presenting product solutions to clients
  • Technical knowledge related to industrial vacuum equipment or a willingness to learn technical product details
  • Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple client accounts and schedules
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Comfortable with travel and in-person client meetings
  • Experience in the manufacturing or industrial equipment sector is highly desirable
