As a field sales engineer, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key accounts in the Steel, Power, and Oil & Gas industries. Your focus will be on building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and positioning our products as the ideal solution. This is a hands-on role that combines technical expertise with sales acumen to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.


Primary Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  • Facility Visits: Conduct on-site visits to client facilities to assess operations, identify opportunities, and foster trust-based relationships.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the technical team to provide pre-sales consultations, including solution mapping and value proposition presentations.
  • Requirement Gathering: Engage with clients to gather detailed requirements, analyze pain points, and translate them into actionable proposals.
  • Product Demos: Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs, highlighting features, benefits, and ROI.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, specifically PowerPoint and Word for creating presentations and reports.
  • Experience with Canva for designing visual sales materials.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking leads, interactions, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal) to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat and Mumbai.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
