Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Field Sales Engineer to join our team in Lucknow. This is an on-site role focused on actively generating sales by visiting dealers, contractors, builders, and project sites. The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer requirements, promoting products, and providing suitable solutions based on client needs.

The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and expanding the local distribution network. The Field Sales Engineer will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery while consistently working toward achieving sales targets and strengthening the company’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Electrical Engineering
• Strong skills in Sales and Account Management
• Expertise in Sales Management and client relationship building
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and persuasive manner
• Understanding of HVAC systems, products, and solutions is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in technical or engineering fields
• Willingness to travel within designated regions as required
