Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Production Manager will oversee and coordinate all stages of production, from raw material inward to finishing and export. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards, supervising teams of skilled craftsmen and operators, and ensuring the timely delivery of products. The Production Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and problem-solving as needed.

Qualifications

Experience in production management, operations, and process improvement within manufacturing or stone processing.
Proficiency in project planning, team leadership, and performance management.
Technical knowledge of CNC routers, 5-axis machines, and PLC turning machines is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Understanding of quality control standards and effective implementation in production processes.
Experience with supply chain coordination and inventory management.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in the natural stone or construction materials industry is advantageous.
