Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Associate to join our team at Fluxus Elevators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client relationship management, and on-field sales to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through site visits, networking, and referrals

Promote Fluxus Elevators products and AMC services to builders, architects, and facility managers

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure regular follow-ups

Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed targets

Keep records of customer interactions and sales activities

Requirements

Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in any field (Engineering/Marketing background preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Willingness to travel within the assigned region (Own vehicle preferred)

Prior experience in field sales, elevators, construction, or real estate is a plus

Target-driven individuals who can work independently
