Field Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Field Recruiter responsible for hiring blue-collar workforce for warehouse operations in the Ludhiana (Baddowal) location. The role involves sourcing candidates from the local market, conducting interviews, and ensuring timely manpower availability to fulfill operational requirements and reduce manpower gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit blue-collar candidates such as pickers, loaders, packers, helpers, and warehouse associates.
• Visit nearby areas, labour hubs, villages, and market locations to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct walk-in interviews and shortlisting of candidates for warehouse operations.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of daily and weekly manpower requirements as per operational demand.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to manage sudden manpower shortages
• Coordinate with warehouse operations team to understand manpower planning and shift requirements.
• Handle candidate documentation and ensure KYC completion before onboarding
