Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Executive based in Ranchi. The role involves identifying and acquiring new B2B clients, nurturing relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting market research to identify sales opportunities, pitching products to potential business clients, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The B2B Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery experiences.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B Sales and Client Acquisition
  • Strong Negotiation, Persuasion, and Relationship Management skills
  • Knowledge of Market Research and Business Development practices
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic data analysis
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve sales targets
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with the FMCG sector and experience in sales within tier 2 or 3 cities is a plus
