Field Operations & Onboarding Executive (Pet Grooming)

📍 Location: Bangalore (Field-Based)

At Woofly, we're building India's largest doorstep pet grooming network. We're looking for energetic, responsible, and people-oriented individuals to join our operations team.

• Onboard new pet groomers onto the Woofly platform
• Visit grooming partners in the field and assist with onboarding
• Conduct basic training on Woofly's service standards and processes
• Ensure grooming equipment and grooming quality meet company standards
• Build strong relationships with grooming partners
• Resolve operational issues and provide on-ground support
• Coordinate with the central operations team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable travelling within Gurugram and nearby areas
• Self-driven, organised, and proactive
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Freshers with the right attitude are welcome; prior operations or field experience is a plus
• Passion for pets is an added advantage
