As a Field Officer, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting the company's financial products, collecting and verifying customer documents, processing loan applications, and ensuring timely loan repayments. You will work closely with branch teams to achieve business and collection targets while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular field visits to identify and acquire new customers. Promote the company's financial products and services within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Collect customer documents and perform KYC verification. Assist customers throughout the loan application and disbursement process. Monitor loan repayments and follow up with customers to ensure timely collections. Meet monthly business acquisition and collection targets. Prepare daily field activity reports and submit updates to the Branch Manager. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Represent the organization professionally while interacting with customers and community members.

Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass Experience Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in Microfinance, NBFC, Banking, Sales, Collections, or Financial Services will be given preference. Skills & Competencies Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area. Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications. Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills. Time management and organizational abilities.

Salary Structure Experience Monthly Salary Fresher - ₹12,000 0.5 – 1 Year - ₹13,000 1 – 2 Years -₹15,000 2+ Years - ₹16,000 3+ Years -₹17,000
