Field Marketing Specialist (Fresher) – Real Estate

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Field Marketing Specialist (Fresher) to join our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting people, building relationships, promoting products, and working outdoors.

As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will represent TheSpotLand by visiting builders, channel partners, property owners, businesses, and potential customers to promote our real estate platform and generate quality leads.

No prior experience is required. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and marketing are encouraged to apply.

• Promote TheSpotLand's real estate platform to customers and business partners.
• Visit builders, developers, brokers, and channel partners.
• Generate new customer and property leads.
• Explain platform features and benefits to potential clients.
• Build relationships with real estate professionals.
• Conduct field visits and market surveys.
• Distribute promotional materials and collect customer feedback.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up.
