We are seeking a motivated Field Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The role involves planning and executing regional marketing campaigns, building strong relationships with local partners, and ensuring brand visibility. The Field Marketing Manager will analyze market trends, gather customer insights to design targeted strategies, and collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth and customer engagement.

• Strong marketing strategy development and campaign execution skills, including planning, implementation, and performance tracking
• Expertise in event planning, local partnerships, and promotional activities
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and online engagement tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Analytical skills to assess market trends and customer insights
• Adaptability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is an advantage
