Job Purpose

Lead and coordinate field marketing activities for AG India.

Key Responsibilities

Primary and Secondary duties:

  • Overall demand planning, CBU wise bifurcation, activities and budgets to support the same.
  • Planning, managing and controlling zonal marketing budgets.
  • CBU wise and dealer wise BTL marketing support plans – vans, demo, display, meets, digital mktg support, digital leads, etc.
  • Coordination with respective brand/product leads for CBU & dealer level requirements.
  • Track competition activity, sales, prices at local level, transaction price monitoring input to central mktg
  • Regular training to TMs/dealer teams
  • Support CBU field marketing lead and CBU teams for local marketing activities, van campaigns, events, activations to build brand awareness and equity at local level.
  • Support CBU field marketing for digital lead generation and hyper local digital presence.
  • Support CBU field marketing in execution of local events/activations for brand visibility and lead generation through SOPs and budgets.

Experience Required

Essential experience and skills: 10-15 years’ experience in Product Marketing / brand marketing/ marketing communication roles in automotive/ capital goods/ industrial / consumer durables sector. Experience of working in product marketing in automotive/tractors/ag machinery is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Education/Qualifications: MBA (full time)
