Telecom Field Engineer (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

📍 Location: Gurugram (Field-Based)

💼 Job Type: Full-time

✈️ Travel: Significant travel to tower sites, customer premises, and partner facilities

💰 Compensation: Competitive & Negotiable

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Install, commission, and test 4G/5G broadband FWA, RAN, transport, and site power equipment
Conduct site surveys and prepare detailed technical reports
Troubleshoot faults and perform preventive maintenance
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and site access protocols
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and PMO teams to deliver projects on time
Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular progress updates

✅ Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of field experience in telecom rollouts (RAN, transmission, FWA, power)
Hands-on experience with LTE, 5G, and broadband mmWave technologies
Strong knowledge of integration, cabling, and power systems
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
