Role Description
This is a full-time, field-based role with openings in Lucknow for a Field Coordinator — School Workshops at Need of Change Foundation.
The successful candidate will identify and approach schools in their assigned city, engage school administration and secure participation in our workshop programme. The role involves planning
and delivering structured in-school sessions on child rights, empathy and social awareness ensuring content, materials and schedules are prepared for smooth execution.
Building lasting relationships with school principals, teachers and community stakeholders, collecting
session feedback and evaluating on-ground programme progress are key aspects of this role. Accurate field documentation, weekly reporting and timely communication with the management team are also expected.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline education, social work, mass communication or humanities preferred.
- Strong spoken communication in local language hindi and english.
- Comfortable with daily field travel and working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to engage school principals, teachers and community stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple school engagements and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in report writing, field documentation and basic computer skills.
- Genuine passion for child education, social awareness and community development
- Prior experience in field work, school outreach or NGO activities is an advantage — not mandatory
- Freshers with strong initiative and social awareness are encouraged to apply
Salary & Compensation
Fixed CTC: ₹3,00,000 – 4,50,000 p.a.
Variable Pay: ₹50,000 – 1,00,000 p.a.
Total CTC: ₹3,50,000 – 5,50,000 p.a.
- Variable pay is performance-linked based quality scores.
- Travel allowance provided for daily field visits within the assigned city.
Selection Process
Round 1: Application shortlisting
Round 2: Online interview via Zoom
Round 3: Offer and onboarding
Training provided online before field deployment.
