Role: Fashion Stylist – Persona Design & Styling Intelligence

Location: Noida (Delhi NCR)

Experience: Freshers 

Eligibility: UG/PG NIFT/Pearl Academy

CTC: 10K Stipend for 6 months OTJ Training, post confirmation 3.6 LPA package


Role Overview

You will lead the Styling & Persona Development function — refining, curating, and visualizing style identities for our AI engine.

Your insights will directly influence how Dripi recommends outfits, looks, and style inspirations to millions of users.


Key Responsibilities

1. Style Curation & Outfit Creation

  • Create complete looks across apparel, footwear, and accessories for various body types, occasions, and style personas.
  • Build style guides, moodboards, and outfit recommendations aligned with Gen Z and young-adult fashion trends.

2. Trend Research & Insights

  • Track latest fashion trends across global runways, Instagram, TikTok, and influencer culture.
  • Provide weekly insights to improve the AI’s fashion understanding and recommendation patterns.

3. Data Annotation for AI Training

  • Tag outfits and garments with attributes such as silhouette, fabric, aesthetic, vibe, occasion, and style category.
  • Evaluate and refine AI-generated looks by providing stylist-quality feedback.

4. Wardrobe Intelligence & Style Logic

  • Develop rules/logics for what pairs well together (fits, colors, textures, occasion-appropriateness).
  • Build “if/then” style frameworks for the AI engine to generate accurate and culturally relevant suggestions.

5. Content Creation & Visual Styling

  • Create visual references, style boards, and curated collections to support training datasets.
  • Assist in shoots or mock-styling sessions to build content for the AI library.

6. Quality Control of AI Output

  • Review AI-generated stylings for accuracy, aesthetics, and brand relevance.
  • Provide corrections, alternatives, and reasoning to improve the model's style quotient.

7. Collaboration with Tech & Product Teams

  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and data scientists to define styling rules and improve output quality.
  • Participate in user testing to refine the style engine’s experience.

8. User Persona Understanding

  • Develop fashion personas based on users’ preferences, budgets, body shapes, and style aspirations.
  • Tailor styling logic to improve user satisfaction and outfit success rates.

 


Ideal Candidate Profile

·       Graduate or Postgraduate in Fashion Designing from NIFT/Pearl/BITS

·       Strong understanding of Indian body diversity, skin undertones, and urban fashion culture.

·       Aesthetically sharp — able to visualize how different personas express themselves through clothing.

·       Familiar with digital fashion tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop).

·       Comfortable working at the intersection of fashion and AI.

·       Strong attention to detail and ability to structure creative insights systematically.
