Fashion Quality Manager

FlixStock uses AI to create high-quality fashion model images and catalogs without traditional photoshoots. We're looking for a Fashion Project Manager who will own image quality end to end reviewing AI-generated visuals against client requirements, coordinating closely with the editing team, and liaising with clients when needed to ensure every image meets brand standards.

Image quality

• Review AI-generated fashion images for quality, accuracy, and fit against client requirements
• Identify inconsistencies in pose, fabric texture, color, and styling before delivery
• Maintain a quality checklist and flag recurring issues for process improvement

Team coordination

• Coordinate daily with the editing team on revisions, timelines, and priorities
• Track project status and ensure deliverables stay on schedule
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to editors on required corrections

Client coordination

• Liaise with clients when clarification or approval is needed on image requirements
• Communicate quality decisions and timelines clearly and professionally
• Escalate and resolve client feedback with the internal team

AI image generation

• Use AI image generation tools hands-on to understand output quality and limitations
• Guide the editing team using working knowledge of AI-generated fashion imagery
• Stay updated on AI imaging techniques relevant to fashion catalogs

Must have

• 2–4 years of experience in fashion production, image editing, or project coordination
• Hands-on experience generating at least one AI fashion image using any AI tool
• Strong eye for fashion imagery, styling, and quality standards
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across teams and clients
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Good to have

• NIFT graduate (preferred)
• Prior experience in ecommerce fashion photography or catalog production
• Familiarity with tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or similar AI image platforms
• Exposure to global fashion brands or retail clients
