Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role based in Faridabad. The Fashion Consultant will support customers in discovering and styling smart casual looks that reflect The Bear House aesthetic and meet their lifestyle needs. Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their preferences, suggesting outfit combinations, and offering personalized styling advice. The role also involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are aligned with brand guidelines, and keeping the store floor organized and well-stocked. The Fashion Consultant will process sales, handle basic customer service queries, collect customer feedback, and collaborate with the store team to achieve sales and customer experience targets.

Qualifications

• Strong styling and fashion sense, with the ability to curate smart casual looks and advise customers on fits, colors, and occasions.
• Customer service and retail sales skills, including active listening, needs assessment, and closing sales in a consultative manner.
• Experience with visual merchandising, product presentation, and maintaining a premium in-store look and feel.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers and work collaboratively in a team.
• Basic point-of-sale handling, cash management, and comfort using digital tools or retail systems.
• Previous experience in fashion retail or apparel consulting is preferred; menswear or smart casual experience is an advantage.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work store shifts including weekends and holidays, and manage a fast-paced retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in fashion, styling, or retail management is a plus.
