Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling advice to customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable outfits
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure VM standards are maintained on the floor
• Assist in stock management and replenishment
• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
• Maintain grooming and brand presentation standards

Key Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in fashion retail or luxury retail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good understanding of fabrics, fits, and current trends
• Sales-driven mindset with customer-first approach
• Well-groomed and confident personality
• Flexible to work in shifts and weekends
