Role Description

This full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role is based in Delhi, India. The Fashion Consultant will assist clients in selecting leather products, ensuring a personalized and luxurious customer experience. Responsibilities include offering expert styling advice, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining extensive product knowledge, and contributing to achieving sales targets. The role involves fostering relationships with clients and upholding Da Milano’s standard of excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and luxury leather products
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and ensure a premium shopping experience
• Demonstrated Sales expertise, with the ability to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
• A passion for fashion and luxury, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
• Prior experience in luxury retail or accessories is a plus
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle an upscale clientele
