Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Fashion Consultant. The Fashion Consultant will assist clients by providing personalized styling recommendations, helping them curate their wardrobe, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Core responsibilities include providing expert product knowledge, offering styling advice, managing client interactions, and driving sales through strong client engagement and support. This role also involves staying up-to-date with the latest fashion trends to offer the best guidance to customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Fashion Consulting and strong knowledge of product offerings
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales abilities, with a focus on achieving and exceeding customer satisfaction and sales targets
• Passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with current trends
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
• Prior experience in fashion retail or consulting is an advantage
