This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Kolkata. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities, managing client accounts, and achieving revenue targets. Additional responsibilities include market research, proposing innovative solutions, preparing sales presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Expertise in client relationship management and account management
• Knowledge of market research, strategic planning, and sales strategy development
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with an ability to adapt to changing circumstances
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated experience in the civil engineering or construction sector is an advantage
• Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting software is a plus
