Role Description

Fashion Consultant/Store Sales

The Fashion Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India

The Fashion Consultant will assist clients in curating personalized wardrobe selections by understanding their preferences, lifestyles, and occasions

Daily tasks include providing personalized styling advice on fabrics, colours , silhouettes , fits and price range and driving in-store product sales

Prepare and maintain sales reports ( daily, weekly and monthly)

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

Stay updated with current fashion trends, designers and styling principles

Qualifications

• Expertise in Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting, with an understanding of contemporary and traditional fashion trends
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and build lasting relationships with clients
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
• Passion for fashion and styling, with the ability to provide personalized recommendations
• Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment
