Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Consultant located in Raebareli. The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for providing personalized styling and fashion advice to customers, understanding their preferences and requirements. Duties include assisting customers in selecting coordinated outfits, suggesting new fashion trends and products, managing store displays, and maintaining an organized stockroom. The role also involves collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Customer engagement skills, including the ability to provide fashion advice and enhance client experiences
• Understanding of fashion trends, fabric knowledge, and expertise in styling and coordinating apparel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for explaining product details and assisting customers
• Sales and merchandising skills, including achieving sales targets and managing effective store displays
• Proactive attitude, problem-solving capability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Experience in retail and fashion consulting is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
