We’re Hiring | Master Trainer – Faculty Development Program (FDP)

We’re looking for a dynamic Master Trainer to lead Faculty Development Programs, enabling educators to effectively use AI, Generative AI, and Microsoft 365 tools in teaching and academic workflows.

🔹 Role Overview

Deliver interactive, hands-on sessions on:

• AI-assisted content creation & classroom integration
• Data insights & productivity automation
• AI-powered teaching methods

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Train faculty on AI tools, Microsoft Copilot & Microsoft 365
• Conduct sessions on cybersecurity & responsible AI usage
• Deliver hands-on training on Excel, Power BI & data visualization
• Support creation of AI-enabled teaching resources
• Facilitate collaboration using Teams & OneDrive

🔹 Eligibility

• Degree in CS/IT/AI/Data Science/EdTech or related field
• 2–4 years in training, EdTech, or AI-based programs
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 & basic Generative AI

🔹 Key Skills

• Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power BI, Excel
• Basic AI tools & cybersecurity concepts
• Strong communication & facilitation skills
