Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across core and elective courses in Business Management using innovative and technology-enabled pedagogies.
  • Design, develop, and continuously enhance curriculum, course materials, and assessment strategies in alignment with institutional and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct impactful research and publish in reputed peer-reviewed journals; present work at national and international conferences.
  • Initiate and participate in interdisciplinary and collaborative research, including securing external funding and grants.
  • Provide academic leadership (for Associate Professor/Professor roles) at program or departmental level, contributing to academic excellence and growth.
  • Mentor junior faculty and support their professional development, research productivity, and teaching effectiveness.
  • Contribute to academic governance, accreditation processes, quality assurance, and institutional strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong engagement with industry, government, and academic partners to enhance research, teaching, and employability outcomes.
  • Facilitate student development through mentoring, internships, live projects, and fostering an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
  • Uphold academic integrity, ethical standards, and compliance with institutional policies, while ensuring safe and responsible teaching and research practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • PhD in Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline from a reputed institution
  • Experience of minimum 2-3 year of teaching post Ph.D.
  • Consistent academic record with strong domain expertise
  • Demonstrated teaching excellence in higher education (level-appropriate)
  • Strong research track record with quality publications (mandatory for Associate Professor/Professor roles)
  • Proven academic leadership and administrative experience (for senior roles)
  • Experience in industry engagement, consulting, or funded research preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and academic integrity
